Join ZERO TO THREE on April 30, 2019 from 12 – 1:30 PM on the U.S. East Lawn of the Capitol for a rally for babies to call attention to the importance of

  • giving parents time to bond with their babies in the earliest months;

  • strong physical health and nutrition.

Come for the family activities and a chance to make your voice heard! The rally will feature remarks from Members of Congress, ZERO TO THREE, and other champions for babies.
