CT-AIMH Will Offer Virtual Mindful Mondays Again Beginning April 5

CT-AIMH Will Offer Virtual Mindful Mondays Again Beginning April 5

posted on March 24, 2021

CT-AIMH will offer Virtual Mindful Mondays again, beginning April 5th, 2021 from Noon-12:45pm, via Zoom.

You are not alone! Join with others who are also in a helping profession (Infant/toddler/preschool teachers, social workers, clinicians, early interventionists, home visitors, nurses, supervisors, etc.) to sit, stand, use movement or other creative avenues to experience moments of calm, reduce your stress, and find joy with others in your community. Try one session or attend them all, there are no restrictions. All are welcome!

What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness can be described as,  “The awareness cultivated by paying attention… on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.”  -Jon Kabat-Zinn

Date/Time: Every Monday, from 12noon-12:45pm (except state/federal holidays)

Begins: Monday, April 5, 2021 at 12 noon (virtual-on Zoom) and continues until August 2, 2021

Cost: Free
